A flatback earring has a flat disc on the back of the post instead of a traditional butterfly back. This means nothing sticks out behind your ear — the back sits completely flush against your skin. No pressure, no snagging on hair, no sharp points digging in.

All Adoria flatbacks are 20G (0.8mm post thickness). This fits most standard ear piercings including lobe, helix, tragus, and conch.
